UV LED equipment are compact ultraviolet curing systems that are very versatile, small in size and with selectable power.
These systems are adaptable to practically any format, according to the needs of the treatment to be carried out; and their characteristics are variable according to the requirements of each client.
An ultraviolet LED curing system consists of one or more LED heads and a control cabinet, and in the case of large systems, also a water cooling equipment or ‘chiller’.
We have three types of ultraviolet LED systems depending on their use: Linear LED for in-line ultraviolet treatments on web presses and conveyor belts, Area LED of variable dimensions for UV curing of surfaces, and Spot LED for curing small points.
